VLE (Village Level Entrepreneur) can offer DigiPay services through a CSC.

Here is the step-by-step process:

  1. A customer walks into your CSC
  2. The customer ask  for  services provided by csc such as  cash widhrawal, balance inquiry etc.
  3.   As a customer visits a csc ,Vle logs in to the DigiPay app and places a request on behalf of the customer, vle has to authenticate himself by providing his csc id and password along with his biometric fingerprint scan, once authentication is done a OTP is received by vle on his registered mobile number after providing OTP .this service  can now be used by Vle to withdraw bank balance or  do balance inquiry on behalf of the customer.
  4.  The necessary documents required are Aadhar letter and bank passbook, vle now inserts  your adhaar number and bank name, After providing this information the vle ask his customer to authenticate his finger  on a biometric fingerprint scanner according to your request for cash withdrawal  or balance inquiry.  iris scanner is the other option for authentication for old age person.
  5. The authentication data is checked against the Aadhaar database by  digipay application
  6. If the authentication is successful, the request will execute  if the request fails, the reason behind it can be adhaar card not linked to bank account, finger or thumb mismatch  with Aadhar number .Bank server problem or Bank not in digipay list.
  7. A digital bill will be generated
  8. You will need to print the bill and hand over to the customer
